Huntsville Yoga Week Returns

Get ready for a week-long celebration of wellness, as Light on Yoga Fitness partners with local businesses to offer free yoga classes across Huntsville. From May 6th to May 12th, North Alabama residents will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of all-levels classes set against the backdrop of some of Huntsville's most beloved locations.

This year's Huntsville Yoga Week promises to be a special one, with classes scheduled at many downtown venues including Stovehouse, Campus 805, Lowe Mill, Big Spring Park, Back Forty Beer Company, Constitution Park, and Joe Davis Stadium. 

Classes will also take place at Botanical Garden, Orion Amphitheater, Ditto Landing, and MidCity District, with a special pop-up class at Toyota Field on Saturday, May 18th.

Connor Humphrey, co-owner of Light On Yoga Fitness, emphasized the inclusive nature of the event: "Huntsville Yoga Week was created with North Alabama's growing yoga community at the forefront. We believe yoga is a practice for anyone and everyone. This will be a week filled with good company, great classes, and amazing venues."

The schedule of events for Huntsville Yoga Week is as follows:

  • Monday, May 6th: 10 AM at Botanical Garden, 6 PM at Orion Amphitheater

  • Tuesday, May 7th: 6 PM at Stovehouse

  • Wednesday, May 8th: 10 AM at Butler Green (Campus 805), 6 PM at Ditto Landing

  • Thursday, May 9th: 6 PM at Lowe Mill

  • Friday, May 10th: 10 AM at MidCity District, 6 PM at Big Spring Park East

  • Saturday, May 11th: 10 AM at Back Forty Beer Company, 6 PM at Constitution Park (Early Works)

  • Sunday, May 12th: 10 AM at Huntsville City FC (Joe Davis Stadium)

  • Saturday, May 18th: 9 AM at Toyota Field (pop-up class)
